  • 30 June 2024 – Deadline for abstract submission
  • 30 August 2024 – Final deadline for submission of abstracts
  • 30 August 2024 – Abstract acceptance notification
  • 30 September 2024 – Deadline for early bird registration fee payment
  • 1 October 2024 – Regular registration fee payment
  • 5 November 2024 – Registration, Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
  • 6 and 7 November 2024 – ISSESR7Chile
  • 8 November 2024 – Field Trip

Costs for Symposium Dinner, Field Trip to Chiloé and Workshops will be informed in due course.
Refund Policy The Steering Committee will only consider refund requirements received until October 5, 2024. In case of withdrawal or cancellation after October 5, 2024, no participation fees can be refunded.
